When you’re navigating cancer care or focusing on prevention, nutrition becomes a powerful way to support your body.

Naturopathic oncology emphasizes whole-person care, using food and lifestyle choices to help strengthen resilience, support immune function, and promote overall well-being alongside conventional treatment.

These rich, fudgy brownies are made without grains or added sugar, offering a satisfying treat that aligns with a more intentional, supportive approach to health.

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup organic almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened, organic applesauce
  • ¼ cup unsweetened, organic cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Mix together coconut oil, almond flour, applesauce, egg, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla, and sea salt.

Enjoy these brownies as a simple way to incorporate wholesome, nutrient-dense ingredients into your routine without sacrificing flavor.

Small, sustainable choices like this can be part of a broader strategy to support your health, energy, and recovery.

As always, dietary changes should be personalized to your needs, so consider what works best for your body and your care plan.
